Where to Eat...

Breakfast

You must start the day at the Aurora Family Restuarant. There breakfast is out of this world with wonderful service and atmosphere.

Lunch

You've got to go check out Bootleggers, downtown in a renovated bank from the early 1900's. They've got great selection, wonderful food, and a micro brewery that you can tour for free!

Dinner

Go 15 minutes down the road to the small town of Madry for the best catfish around. The old gas station is a local favorite for good ol' catfish frys.

What to Do...

Morning

Go walk downtown and see all the small shops and stores the town has to offer. You can grab a cup of coffee at Kaffe Met then go across the street to Ila Bohm's and pick up a few souveniers. You can also go to the Houn Dawg Flea Market and go check out city hall.

Afternoon

Go on a drive through the beautiful countryside and once you make it back into town go check out one of the wonderful parks. There are several to choose from and all clean and friendly.

Evening

Go over to the Aurora Bowling Alley and challenge your group to a little hometown fun! For under $10 you are set up for a couple hours of good times.

Late Night

Go to the Sunset Drive-In where you can see two movies for the price of one and enjoy a lovely evening under the stars. Make sure to come early for the best parking spots!
